Free Shipping / Discounted shipping fee
- Customers will be charged the normal shipping fee when purchasing the products online.
- We will refund the respective amount (minus any refund processing fees) within three business days.
- Please refer to our Shipping Policy for eligibility/refund amount details.
- Orders are to be paid in full, including any shipping fees, before arranging the shipping.
- Customers will be contacted by email or phone to confirm their availability during bike delivery.
- The customer is to be physically present when delivering the bike.
- The shipping carrier must ensure the bike is delivered to the buyer and hence must check the customer’s photo ID. Customer must also sign the sales receipt as proof of receipt. Denying signature and/or ID verification might cause cancellation of the shipping; Any further delivery attempts will be at an additional shipping fee.
- Refused Shipments: If the delivery of a confirmed order is refused, it will be considered a returned item and subjected to the LEB return policy
- Bikes can be shipped in assembled or in the box (unassembled) condition (please see LEB warranty section for both options), subject to availability.
- There is a 7 day return period to qualify for a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a product return, please contact LEB at [email protected]. Once the return is accepted, the customer can arrange the return shipping along with the signed sales receipt (proof of purchase). All related shipping expenses are to be borne by the customer. Items returned without a written acceptance will not be considered.
- The returned shipment must include all original items received by the customer.
- Once the product has been returned and is determined to be in new and unused condition, the refund amount will be calculated.
- A restocking fee of 25% of the MSRP will be withheld, and the difference will be the refund amount. Shipping, assembly/PDI fees are not included in the refund amount.
- If the item was paid by financing, the customer is responsible for paying the difference between the loan amount and refund amount, any cancellation fees etc., to the financing company. The financing agreement will be cancelled only after LEB has received and approved the returned product.
- LEB will not accept an item or parts returns or exchanges out of the original packaging without prior notice of the return or exchange or outside of the seven days limit.
- LEB is not responsible for any additional damage during return shipping.
Customer Inspection & Reporting
- Customer is to duly inspect the items received and if any damage, defect or incorrect item is found, please contact LEB within 4 days of delivery at [email protected] with supporting images and documentation.
