Cancellation Policy
- Online orders can be cancelled for a refund within 48 hours, provided LEB has not shipped out the order to the customer.
- If the order has not shipped, in that case, an administrative fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to the customer via the original payment method.
- If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped out, it will be treated as a return and subjected to the LEB return policy.
